At the London Prosthetics Centre, our in-clinic rehabilitation programme provides structured, multidisciplinary support for individuals adjusting to limb loss and prosthetic use.

Designed to support both early-stage and established prosthetic users, our rehabilitation services combine physiotherapy, occupational therapy, musculoskeletal therapy, specialist personal training, and mental well-being support within one coordinated clinical setting, minimising the strain of coordinating multiple appointments.

By delivering rehabilitation alongside prosthetic provision in a fully equipped clinical environment, we ensure continuity, efficiency, and a cohesive treatment pathway tailored to each client’s functional goals.

A collaborative, specialist team

The close collaboration between onsite prosthetists, technicians and rehabilitation specialists means adjustments, repairs, or replacements can occur almost instantly.

Measuring rehabilitation progress and reporting

Our in-clinic rehabilitation programmes are guided by clear, structured goal setting developed collaboratively with the client, prosthetist, therapists, and case manager. Progress is monitored through regular reviews and clinically recognised outcome measures where appropriate. This allows the team to track functional improvements, prosthetic tolerance, and rehabilitation milestones.

Written progress reports can be provided to support ongoing case management, funding decisions, and other documentation. Our team maintains open and responsive communication with case managers throughout the rehabilitation process to ensure transparency, alignment of goals, and continuity of care.
